Chip Bourgeault plays a crucial role in shaping TMA’s long-term vision and enhancing our business operations. As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) he works closely with the executive team to improve current processes, drive innovation, and achieve our strategic goals. In addition to these responsibilities, Chip oversees the expansion of our Outsourcing, Homestead, and Technology verticals.
With 24 years of experience in program and project management, along with his technical knowledge and abilities, Chip is uniquely positioned to lead our strategic planning process. He is responsible for overseeing the growth of current initiatives and spearheading new projects that drive value and innovation across the organization.
Chip started with TMA in 2002 and has grown with the company ever since. He has served and managed at all levels of our organization from Auditor, Audit Project Manager in Connecticut and Texas, Audit Area Manager over the southeast, Director of the Special Projects Division, and Sales. In addition to his management expertise, Chip combined his technical knowledge and IT abilities early on in his career to design and build the audit templates we employ to ensure TMA has the most efficient auditors in the marketplace. His extensive experience in our organization provides him invaluable insight and ensures clients can not only meet their goals, but understand all aspects of their project along the way.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Management Information Systems from Wingate University.
