Dale Baker has been with TMA for over 30 years and is the Chief Operations Officer. Dale oversees the daily functions of over 50 professional auditors and analysts at 5 locations representing our client states, product lines, and over 500 clients. The COO also manages fiscal and budgetary requirements for the division and controls all procedural policies established for TMA Operations.
Dale began his career with TMA in 1989 as one of the original entry-level auditors following the inception of our Business Personal Property Audit Program. During his years of experience with TMA, he has served as the Project Manager for the state-wide audit program in Kentucky, which led him to serve as the Nashville Business Manager, where he was vital to the set-up of the TMA Nashville office location.
Dale has played a fundamental role in the Operations Department at TMA. He has supervised all existing audit engagements, providing project oversight, educating and training jurisdiction staff, and assisting with all facets of the audit programs.
Dale earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bob Jones University.
