In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer is responsible for all financial and accounting matters for the company. Specifically, she oversees financial reporting, banking, and insurance relationships, including all employee benefits. She supervises opening new branch offices, negotiates office and equipment lease agreements, and prepares arrangements with recruiting firms.
Jennifer joined TMA in 2010 after spending ten years in various accounting and financial positions. Throughout her career with TMA, she has progressed through the ranks, beginning as a Special Projects Division Account Manager and moving to the Human Resources and Accounting side of the business to continue advancement aligned with her background in financial affairs.
