Ryan joins TMA following 12 years serving the State of Tennessee in their Property Assessment Division. Throughout his 12 years with the state, he worked with a number of counties and is very knowledgeable about the market and taxation processes of Tennessee.
In addition to his work with the State, he has also served as a Project Manager with Patriot Properties, a National CAMA system provider and Reassessment Firm. His knowledge of the industry will be very helpful to TMA as he develops and maintains relationships among clients and future prospects in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and surrounding states.
Ryan is also heavily involved with IAAO and served as the President of the TN IAAO Local Chapter and is currently serving as the IAAO Board of Directors Associate Member.
