Andrew oversees jurisdiction engagements from initial kickoff through the full program lifecycle, helping drive successful onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term program effectiveness. Working closely with internal teams, he serves as a strategic liaison to jurisdictions, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and timely execution in support of exceptional service delivery for taxpayers.
Before joining TMA, Andrew developed a multifaceted professional background across media production, content creation, and software development. His career began in Los Angeles as a Production Coordinator and Video Editor before taking him to Austin, Texas, where he worked with YouTube creators as a Video Producer. He later transitioned into the software industry in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving as a Technical Content Coordinator. This diverse experience informs his approach to client relations, operational coordination, and cross-functional communication, allowing him to help deliver strong outcomes across every partnership.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University.
