Jay serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at TMA. Jay has been with TMA 7 years now and has over 35 years of experience in the state and local government sales, assessment administration, auditing, valuation, and software industry.
He is a member of the TMA Executive Team and is responsible for leading the overall direction of TMA’s growth strategies, sales, pricing, and marketing efforts. Jay is also responsible for managing all government affairs team relationships, developing business partnerships, and serving as a liaison with these partners.
Previously, Jay worked with Vision Government Solutions, Inc. as the Executive Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to his Executive Management roles at Vision, he was a Director of Property Assessment Valuation where he oversaw operations teams in real estate, personal property, and specialized property valuation projects for the company.
Jay is a member of various state assessment organizations and IAAO and currently serves on the IAAO Membership Category Structure Task Force.
Jay earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from Westfield State University.
