Renee has been with Tax Management Associates, Inc. for more than ten years. In her role as an Application Support Manager, she focuses on business personal property listings, as well as the updating and maintenance of TMA’s Cost Analysis Valuation System (CAVS). In addition to her work with CAVS, she collaborates with county government and taxpayers on TMA’s online business personal property listing service Taxscribe.
Prior to her time at TMA, Renee was a Real Estate Appraiser and owner of her own appraisal company where she appraised property for mortgage companies, financial institutes, real estate agents, and for individuals.
Renee received her appraisal license from the Mingle School of Real Estate and her Bachelor of Science from NC State University.
